The Beauty of Birmingham Calendar 2019
By Verity Milligan
When she’s not being casually downplaying how amazing her photography is, Verity Milligan can be found at some ungodly hour capturing the golden sunrises and particularly those in central Birmingham. I’ll expect they will even rename the early morning light “Verity” light at some point in the future. This 2019 calendar uniquely demonstrates Birmingham.

Monopoly: Birmingham Edition
(Available from Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery Shop)
It’s actually Cluedo that’s “based” in Birmingham, as the house from Cluedo was inspired by an old house in south Birmingham. But nevermind that, buy Broad Street, New Street or Colmore Row and their other matching streets and you can feel like a Birmingham land-owner, admittedly one who can’t get a loan from the bank. Yes, its the game that causes you not to talk to your family for several hours. MONOPOLY: Birmingham Edition.
