Burger Theory coming to central Birmingham
Burger Theory is very happy and excited to announce they will be opening a resident kitchen in Birmingham in alliance with long standing business partners Kongs Bar, which is set to arrive the city in mid-November.
Kongs Bar will sit just off Victoria Square in the ground floor of the Number 1 Victoria Square building (the former Chameleon bar). The bar will be filled with table tennis tables, old school arcade games, has DJ’s on the weekend and offer a great selection of craft beers and spirits as well as an urban look and vibrant atmosphere.
Burger Theory, creators of the infamous Bottomless Burger Club, made its name on the festival circuit serving tasty burgers to thousands of hungry festival goers. For many years Burger Theory has been attending Moseley Folk Festival and Mostly Jazz, Funk and Soul so are no strangers to Birmingham.
Diners will be able to grab a burger from Kongs seven days a week or if they don’t feel like leaving the house, Burger Theory will be offering home delivery via Deliveroo.
Burger Theory believe that good food starts with good ingredients, they only use top quality grass-fed beef that is from a single source. They only use free-range chicken and UK cheeses. Burger Theory also try their best to be unique by making all of their own sauces and pickles as well as coming up with new creations that feature on the specials menu on a regular basis.
As well as all of this, Burger Theory believe in burgers for all and offer options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and try to accommodate as many people as possible. At the end of the day everyone deserves a great burger and just want to spread the burger love.
Some of the more unique menu items include a Korean fried chicken burger, Haloumi fries smothered in tzatziki and fries loaded with beef shot rib, kimchi and chipotle mayo.
Burger Theory are known for their friendly service, great fresh homemade burgers and incredible chicken wings. They are looking forward to joining the bustling Birmingham food scene and to feeding the hungry population!
During opening week Burger Theory are encouraging people to visit and say hello by offering the first 200 customers a free meal! Tickets are available from burgertheory.co.uk/kongs-birmingham where you can also sign up to the mailing list for more news on the opening.
