I popped into the Royal town of Sutton Coldfield today to take some bear photos on The Big Sleuth trail. And when I arrived home this email was waiting for me.

Bear-illiant trail arrives in Camp Coldfield
Residents of the Royal town have welcomed 18 un-bear-lievable visitors to their doorstep this week following the arrival of The Big Sleuth in Sutton Coldfield.
For the duration of the summer the town has been renamed Camp Coldfield and will home eight colourful bears and ten colourful bear cubs.
The multi-coloured sleuth in Camp Coldfield is part of The Big Sleuth, the city-wide arts initiative for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, which has seen 100 bears and 137 bear cub sculptures take over the city this week.
The initiative follows the success of 2015’s The Big Hoot, and officially launched on Monday 10th July.
Six of the eight large bears can be found in the heart of the town centre, with others popping up in Boldmere and Sutton Park.
The ten cub bears form part of The Big Sleuth Learning Programme: The Little Bears Detective Club, and have each been lovingly created by children from local schools including Holland House, Little Sutton, New Hall and Walmley.
From now until September super sleuths will be able to bag themselves some great deals in the Restaurant Quarter, plus from Thursday 27th July, The Gracechurch Centre will be hosting free kids’ events every week until Wednesday 30th August.
Free mini-trail maps for Camp Coldfield will be available, and the explorers who are able to find six of the town centre bears with The Big Sleuth app will receive their free Camp Coldfield souvenir (offer starts from 27th July).
Camp Coldfield has been made possible thanks to the generous sponsorship and support of The Gracechurch Centre, Sutton Coldfield Town Centre BID and Sutton Card.
Monica Morosan, Marketing Coordinator at The Gracechurch Centre, comments: “We’re so excited to be one of the host venues for The Big Sleuth and we’re looking forward to an exciting summer with our bear residents and visitors. Everyone should keep their eyes peeled for the exciting things we have lined up for Camp Coldfield!”
Mike Bushell, Sutton Coldfield Town Centre BID manager, said: “The Big Sleuth is a fantastic arts initiative and we are looking forward to hosting our own mini-trail to go alongside it. This is something everyone in Camp Coldfield, young and old, can enjoy!”
