Birmingham Social Media Cafe returns for 2016
For many years, Birmingham Social Media Cafe has met on a monthly basis at venues across central Birmingham and in 2016 Birmingham SMC will have a new host. David W Massey. (Me!)
I said “Having managed BrumHour for over two years now, I’m looking forward to hosting the monthly meetings in person and can’t wait to grow this great network of exciting people”
Previous Birmingham Social Media Cafe host Karen Strunks has chosen to move on from the cafe after several years of regular meetings.
I said “Karen’s passion for this group drew me on a regular basis over the last year and I’m really pleased to be taking on this challenge and wish Karen well in her new challenges.”
Birmingham Social Media Cafe is free to attend, however, those attending are expected to purchase a drink from the host venue.
There is a Facebook group you can join here: facebook.com/groups/birminghamsocialmediacafe
The next Birmingham Social Media Cafe takes place at The Green Room Cafe Bar in the Arcadian, Hurst Street, Birmingham on Friday January 29th from 10am-noon. Please show your interest in attending here: facebook.com/events/1276865562329750/
During 2016 there will also be evening events to allow those who cannot attend in the daytime to network
