Birmingham business win National Award for Customer Service
eSpares, who are the UK’s leading supplier of household and garden appliance spare parts and accessories, supplying over half a million parts and accessories for over 1,000 brands, were named winners of the award which recognises the impact upon the customer and their experiences, through a new initiative or breakthrough which has changed the relationship between the retailer and customer over the last year.
In being named as winners of The Customer Award at the Internet Retailing Awards 2015 at an award ceremony held in London on September 24th 2015, eSpares fought off competition from a host of national blue-chip companies.
Adrian Kelly, brand manager at eSpares, said following their success: “Customer service is at the heart of what we do with focus on going the extra mile, starting from board level and trickling down to everyone in the organisation.
“The Customer Award won by eSpares shows that we are making a significant impact in ensuring the customer is number one in everything we do.”
The award is the second eSpares have won over the last 12 months, having been named winners of the Best Home & Garden, DIY & Tools award at the eCommerce Awards for Excellence in 2014 – an award they are looking to retain later this month at the 2015 eCommerce for Excellence Awards, where they’re also nominated for the Customer Service Award.
